"Music From The Buffet Table"


Subsequent to the group’s self-titled album, BARBIE’S CRADLE’s passion for music continued on, with another talented musician, Wendell Garcia, joining the band as its new drummer. In this connection, the group together with Warner Music Philipines released its sophomore album entitled MUSIC FROM THE BUFFET TABLE. With a more up-beat tune and theme, Music from the buffet table captures a young woman’s heart and passion for love, life, music and for simply being a child in her inmost being.

In line with this, the group’s sophomore album contains thirteen tracks and a bonus track entitled Floating (track 21). Among the featured songs in the said album are exceptional hits such as Shiny Red Balloon, Belinda Bye Bye, Money for Food and the original hit of the Hotdogs, Langit Na Naman. Further, it included previous hits such as The Dance, Goodnight and Tabing Ilog. Also, original songs such as How Long (the album’s first track), Dear Paul, Hello, When the Bough Breaks and It’s Dark and I am Lonely are featured in Music from the Buffet Table.

Music from the Buffet Table featured musicians such as Rommel Dela Cruz on bass, Wendell Garcia on drums and Barbie Almalbis on vocals and guitars.
